2T Universal 2-stroke oil for Premix & Injector Systems

Groundforce 2T has been developed to meet the requirements of small high revving air cooled 2-stroke engines in horticultural and agricultural equipment.

The lubricating film is strong enough to prevent engine lock up in moments of temporary overheating and provides maximum film strength and anti-wear performance.

Reduced smoke and clean burning characteristics mean that deposit formation in the ports and exhaust are virtually eliminated.

Applications

Groundforce 2T is designed for use in the engines of two stroke powered equipment in tool and horticultural hire shops.

This includes chain saws, abrasive disc cutters, angle grinders, chippers, shredders, hover mowers, scarifiers, weed cutters, strimmers and hedge cutters.

Always use engine manufacturers mixture recommendations.

Abgel Citrus (Heavy Duty H/C) Hand Cleaner

Recommended for all industrial and commercial washrooms, including those in factories, workshops, construction sites, mines, quarries, farms and stables, where a powerful hand cleanser is required. Abgel Citrus is a stable formulation, and does not dry out or separate, when properly dispensed.

Directions for Use

Do not wet hands, apply Abgel Citrus straight from the package and rub the hands together to loosen all the soiling. Rinse thoroughly and dry well.

Where a barrier cream has been used prior to starting work, this is removed together with the dirt and grime and further washing with soap is unnecessary.

Agri Hyd 46 Hydraulic Oil

MF Agri Hyd 46 is a mineral oil-based hydraulic fluid possessing a Viscosity Index (VI) greater than 130. MF Agri Hyd 46 contains oxidation and corrosion-inhibitors, together with additives that minimize wear and foaming. The selection of shear stable VI-improvers ensures that the viscosity is maintained in service.

This grade is intended for two main types of duty: such as in machinery subjected to very cold start-up conditions and high-temperature continuous running.

Air Force VPO HV

Airforce VPO HV is manufactured from high quality mineral oils designed to maximise pump efficiency and vacuum performance. This oil has extremely low volatility, excellent thermal and oxidative stability, making it suitable for use in pumps operating at high temperatures. Airforce VPO HV will also protect components from rust, corrosion and the formation of sludges.

Applications

Recommended for use in a wide range of positive displacement vacuum pumps, including rotary vane, lobe, screw and reciprocating designs. Airforce VPO HV is suitable for use in the following makes of pump where oils of this type and performance are specified: Leybold, Edwards, Alcatel, Precision, HyVac, Robinair, etc.

Airforce VPO HV is designed for pumps drawing high vacuums (up to 10_-6 mm Hg / 1.3 x 10_-5 Pa)

Ankor D

Ankor D is a special solvent deposited and acts as a short to medium term rust preventative that has a very low surface tension and viscosity and therefore spreads rapidly. It penetrates into all hard to reach parts and covering all surfaces however irregular and dries to leave a continuous protective coating of viscous petroleum products and additives that have powerful rust preventative properties. This product is particularly useful where the metal parts to be treated are wet, because the chemistry of Ankor D has powerful attraction to the metal surface and this completely displaces all traces of water before laying down the protective rust preventing film.

Applications

Ankor D is recommended for all short and medium term rust proofing. It is particularly suitable for use in machine shops as an inter operation rust preventative for wet parts. This product is also highly recommended for protecting bright steel wire, bars, billets, sections and sheets during storage and transport. Ankor D can be applied by spraying, brushing or dipping. The low viscosity of this product ensures minimum drag out when using the dipping process, and in large scale systems this can show significant saving, over other types of products.

The product is ready for use straight from the drum, no stirring or mixing is required, however, the drum must be kept closed to avoid excessive evaporation of the solvent. If parts that have been treated with Ankor D are to be subsequently painted, the coating must be removed prior to painting and this can be achieved using commercially available solvents such as Paraffin.

Ankor Wax

Ankor Wax is recommended for medium and long term corrosion protection applications.

This product is highly recommended for protecting bright steel wire, bars, billets, sections and sheets during long term storage and transport.

It many also be used as an underbody protective.

Ankor Wax is easily applied by spraying, brushing or dipping.

The low viscosity of this product ensures minimum drag out when using the dipping process, and in large scale systems this can show significant saving over other types of products.

If parts that have been treated with Ankor Wax are to be subsequently painted, the coating must be removed prior to painting and this can be achieved using hydrocarbon solvents or selective alkaline degreasants.

It is recommended that drums are stored in a cool area with bungs or caps tightly closed so as to avoid evaporation of the solvent, which would lead to excessive thickening of the product, making application increasingly difficult.

Anti Squawk Fluid

AGCO Parts Anti-Squawk Fluid is formulated as a supplement for tractor transmission oils and is designed to give improved performance, particularly in wet brakes and gears, where noise (brake squawk and chatter) from high friction surfaces can cause judder and give poor overall performance.

Anti-Freeze and Summer Coolant

Universal Antifreeze will protect all engines from frost damage right down to -34°C and ice damage down to -50°C (at 50% of total coolant volume).

It also provides outstanding protection against rust and corrosion for all parts of the cooling system and is therefore recommended for all year round use.

This Ethylene Glycol based antifreeze, which meets the technical requirements of BS6580:1992 is designed to meet the demands of modern engines and their cooling systems.

Anti-Freeze Extra

Fendt Antifreeze Extra is an engine coolant concentrate based on ethylene glycol.

It contains a hybrid corrosion inhibitor package with salts of organic acids and silicates. This product is specifically approved by Fendt for use in Fendt machinery.

Universal Antifreeze is not suitable for Fendt machinery.

Antifreeze Ultra

Antifreeze Ultra with OAT technology will protect all engines from frost damage right down to -40°C (at 50% of total coolant volume). It also provides outstanding protection against rust and corrosion for all parts of the cooling system and is therefore recommended for all year round use. This Ethylene Glycol based antifreeze, which uses OAT technology, is free from nitrates, amines, phosphates, borates and silicates. When used at the correct concentration, coolants based on Organic Acid Inhibitor Technology are capable of providing extended operation compared to conventional antifreeze. This can be for up to 5 years providing the concentration is checked and maintained on a regular basis.

Astra Slideway and Chain Oil

ISO 220

Specifically developed for the lubrication of machine tool slideways and tables.

It has been formulated from high quality mineral oil, performance additives and incorporates a tackifier to ensure that the lubricant adheres to the moving parts at all times.

This property also makes it suitable for the general lubrication of chains.

Applications

Astra Slideway Lubricants are recommended for slideways, tables, carriages, guides and all machining centre applications where a tacky extreme pressure lubricant is required.

This range of oils may also be used for the lubrication of headstocks, cross feeds, saddles and gearboxes.

Astraslide S 68

Formulated from high quality mineral oil and the latest additive technology, this grade is especially suited for use on modern plastic and composite slideways in addition to those based on traditional materials.

The additive system incorporated into Astraslide S 68 ensures excellent film strength, helping to prevent “pick up” and “scoring” on bearing surfaces under the most severe operating conditions, including intermittent use.

The product provides excellent corrosion resistance to the slides, beds and tool stations of machining centres and eliminates “judder” or “stick-slip” that has been known to occur in some mechanically and hydraulically operated machine tools.

Astraslide S 68 has been specifically formulated to be non-tacky and of low odour.

In the event that it should enter machine sumps, Astraslide S 68 is designed to readily separate from water based cutting fluids and can be easily removed by surface skimming or by other mechanical means such as tramp oil skimmers etc.

ATV Semi-Synthetic High Performance 4 Stroke Oil

In addition to the problem of mineral oil pollution, there is now evidence that zinc anti-wear additives in conventional hydraulic oils may have long-term harmful ecological effects.

Terralus BVG Hydraulic Oils are completely free of zinc and all other heavy metals.

This universal multigrade oil is suitable for most four stroke naturally aspirated and turbocharged diesel engines fitted on farm machinery, where it provides high standards of engine cleanliness and protection for moving parts. The special multigrade properties help overcome starting problems for exposed farm equipment during cold climate conditions and protects against wear from start up, right through to the highest operating temperatures.

Hydraulics

EP Grease

Exocet Blue Dye is an oil soluble dye in liquid form. It can be used for the colouration of petroleum derived products including; mineral oils, lubricants, greases, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbon solvents and fuels. The product can be readily pumped, poured or metered directly from the container.

Due to the presence of aromatic solvent in this product, contact with natural rubber must be avoided. For seals and joints the use of PTFE, Viton or similar synthetic products is recommended.

Golden Film Running In Oil is a speciality product that should be used for the running in of new or rebuilt petrol and diesel engines, where it promotes the quick and safe bedding in of mating surfaces.

Lydian Degreasing Fluid

Recommended for removal of oil grease and dirt from metal, paintwork and concrete.

Typical uses include cleaning used engines prior to overhaul, removing build-up on pipes and steelworks, cleaning concrete and brickwork.

Many uses can be found in factories, yards and compounds, where oil and grease build up is a problem, or perhaps even dangerous for vehicles and pedestrians.

Lydian is always more effective if it can be allowed to soak into the dirt and surfaces for several hours, or even overnight before hosing off.

Do not use Lydian on Tarmac as it will soften this type of surfacing.

It is also not advisable to use Lydian in parts washers with plastic components as its aggressive nature may harm them.

Lydian is easily applied by spraying, brush or dipping.

MD-4 Penetrating Fluid

MD-4 is a damp start and penetrating fluid with outstanding corrosion protection properties.

When applied to wet parts the chemistry of MD-4 has a powerful attraction to the underlying surfaces and this completely displaces traces of water.

Therefore this product is particularly useful as an engine damp start.

If the aerosol pack is used, a short spray on to the affected parts will displace any wetness and prevent voltage breakdown, allowing the engine to be started again normally.

MD-4 is also an effective penetrating fluid for freeing all seized and corroded metal parts.

It has been designed with a very low surface tension, which gives it excellent penetrating power, and this, coupled with superior solvent and lubricating properties enables the most inaccessible corroded parts to be speedily dismantled.

The residual oil film acts as a rust and corrosion preventative on the disassembled parts and helps reassembly.

Applications

• As a damp start. One short spray (aerosol version) of 2-3 seconds on the plugs, leads, and distributor cap will displace moisture and allow starting.

Since the special application advantages of Fendt Radiator Antifreeze Red-Violet are only achieved when Fendt Radiator Antifreeze Red-Violet is used alone, mixing it with other radiator protection agents is not recommended.

Nevertheless, Fendt radiator Antifreeze Red-Violet is compatible with conventional silicate containing radiator protection agents (observe manufactures's instrucations!)

Before pouring Fendt radiator Antifreeze Red-Violet into the radiator circuit, the cooling system should be flushed with tap water. When refilling the cooling system, clean, not too hard water up to 12 dH or distilled water should be used. The radiator protection: water mixture should be used in a concentration of 33 to 50 vol% (radiator proection).

Tabor OK

Tabor OK is primarily used as a degreasant to remove general dirt, temporary rust-preventatives, grease and oil prior to performing operations such as painting or other treatments and is an ideal solvent for parts washers.

It may also be used as a dielectric fluid for spark erosion machines and for pressing, spinning and reaming of aluminium alloys and some free cutting bronzes.

As a mould release agent for simple steel shuttering using wet concrete, Tabor OK will give good release and anti-corrosion properties.

Anti-Seize is a lead free and CFC free compound , made from solvent refined oil, Bentonite thickener and fine copper powder.

The special anti-seize properties enable this grease to work even if the joints become so compressed that most of the compound is squeezed out, or searing exhaust temperatures flash off the oily part of the compound.

A fine film of copper particles always remain in joints or threads to prevent seizure.

In the case of threaded joints where the compound has been applied before mating, these can easily be broken again even after long periods of use.

PRISE will also prevent seizures of pins or shackles exposed to harsh conditions, where limited movement and long idle periods are a problem for ordinary lubrication.

Workshop PRO Semi Synthetic Chain Lubricant is a specially formulated aerosol designed for the protection of chains used in a variety of applications.

A complex mixture of hydrocarbon and oxygenated solvents designed to clean and degrease all flat and irregular surfaces.

Solvent Cleaner is free from chlorinated and other ozone depleting solvents and is provided in aerosol form to provide an easy means of applying to surfaces, the powerful jet allowing easy purging of blind holes and crevices.

After degreasing, the solvent evaporates rapidly leaving components chemically clean and free from oily and corrosive residues.

80W-90

XEP 80W-90 is a mineral oil based gear oil, that has been formulated with a high level of extreme pressure (EP) additives and friction modifiers to protect the critical mechanisms of limited slip differentials.

In addition to high load carrying capability, XEP 80W-90 will protect against rust and corrosion and has a low foaming tendency.

Shock loading occurs when one of the driven wheels looses traction and the differential locks redistributing the drive equally.

Standard API GL5 gear oils are unable to cope with this extreme condition and therefore it is necessary to use the correct limited slip differential oil to promote long component life.

Applications

XEP 80W-90 has been specifically designed for use in limited slip differentials requiring the following viscosity grades 80W-90, 85W-90 or 90 grade lubricants.

This includes automotive, agricultural and heavy duty plant designs.

XEP may also be used in standard differentials, axles, reduction hubs, slewing gears, transfer boxes, etc., where an API GL5 80W-90 gear oil is required.
