This grade is intended for two main types of duty: such as in machinery subjected to very cold start-up conditions and high-temperature continuous running.

Ankor D is a special solvent deposited and acts as a short to medium term rust preventative that has a very low surface tension and viscosity and therefore spreads rapidly. It penetrates into all hard to reach parts and covering all surfaces however irregular and dries to leave a continuous protective coating of viscous petroleum products and additives that have powerful rust preventative properties. This product is particularly useful where the metal parts to be treated are wet, because the chemistry of Ankor D has powerful attraction to the metal surface and this completely displaces all traces of water before laying down the protective rust preventing film.
Ankor D is recommended for all short and medium term rust proofing. It is particularly suitable for use in machine shops as an inter operation rust preventative for wet parts. This product is also highly recommended for protecting bright steel wire, bars, billets, sections and sheets during storage and transport. Ankor D can be applied by spraying, brushing or dipping. The low viscosity of this product ensures minimum drag out when using the dipping process, and in large scale systems this can show significant saving, over other types of products.
The product is ready for use straight from the drum, no stirring or mixing is required, however, the drum must be kept closed to avoid excessive evaporation of the solvent. If parts that have been treated with Ankor D are to be subsequently painted, the coating must be removed prior to painting and this can be achieved using commercially available solvents such as Paraffin.
Ankor Wax is recommended for medium and long term corrosion protection applications.
This product is highly recommended for protecting bright steel wire, bars, billets, sections and sheets during long term storage and transport.
It many also be used as an underbody protective.
Ankor Wax is easily applied by spraying, brushing or dipping.
The low viscosity of this product ensures minimum drag out when using the dipping process, and in large scale systems this can show significant saving over other types of products.
If parts that have been treated with Ankor Wax are to be subsequently painted, the coating must be removed prior to painting and this can be achieved using hydrocarbon solvents or selective alkaline degreasants.
It is recommended that drums are stored in a cool area with bungs or caps tightly closed so as to avoid evaporation of the solvent, which would lead to excessive thickening of the product, making application increasingly difficult.
AGCO Parts Anti-Squawk Fluid is formulated as a supplement for tractor transmission oils and is designed to give improved performance, particularly in wet brakes and gears, where noise (brake squawk and chatter) from high friction surfaces can cause judder and give poor overall performance.

Fendt Antifreeze Extra is an engine coolant concentrate based on ethylene glycol.
It contains a hybrid corrosion inhibitor package with salts of organic acids and silicates. This product is specifically approved by Fendt for use in Fendt machinery.
Universal Antifreeze is not suitable for Fendt machinery.
Antifreeze Ultra with OAT technology will protect all engines from frost damage right down to -40°C (at 50% of total coolant volume). It also provides outstanding protection against rust and corrosion for all parts of the cooling system and is therefore recommended for all year round use. This Ethylene Glycol based antifreeze, which uses OAT technology, is free from nitrates, amines, phosphates, borates and silicates. When used at the correct concentration, coolants based on Organic Acid Inhibitor Technology are capable of providing extended operation compared to conventional antifreeze. This can be for up to 5 years providing the concentration is checked and maintained on a regular basis.

K383 can be used with confidence on the threads of pipes that carry very hot and corrosive liquids or gases, where it assists sealing and allows trouble free disassembly, including pipe fitting and valves in the chemical, petrochemical, gas and drilling industries.
This range of Lithium greases is highly recommended for all automotive use where a multipurpose grease is required for wheel bearings and chassis lubrication.

A range of fully synthetic gear oils, manufactured from polyalkylene glycol (PAG) fluids and specialised extreme pressure (EP) additives, to provide outstanding protection at all temperatures to industrial gear systems. Recommended for removal of oil grease and dirt from metal, paintwork and concrete.
Typical uses include cleaning used engines prior to overhaul, removing build-up on pipes and steelworks, cleaning concrete and brickwork.
Many uses can be found in factories, yards and compounds, where oil and grease build up is a problem, or perhaps even dangerous for vehicles and pedestrians.
Lydian is always more effective if it can be allowed to soak into the dirt and surfaces for several hours, or even overnight before hosing off.
Do not use Lydian on Tarmac as it will soften this type of surfacing.
It is also not advisable to use Lydian in parts washers with plastic components as its aggressive nature may harm them.
Lydian is easily applied by spraying, brush or dipping.
MD-4 is a damp start and penetrating fluid with outstanding corrosion protection properties.
When applied to wet parts the chemistry of MD-4 has a powerful attraction to the underlying surfaces and this completely displaces traces of water.
Therefore this product is particularly useful as an engine damp start.
If the aerosol pack is used, a short spray on to the affected parts will displace any wetness and prevent voltage breakdown, allowing the engine to be started again normally.
MD-4 is also an effective penetrating fluid for freeing all seized and corroded metal parts.
It has been designed with a very low surface tension, which gives it excellent penetrating power, and this, coupled with superior solvent and lubricating properties enables the most inaccessible corroded parts to be speedily dismantled.
The residual oil film acts as a rust and corrosion preventative on the disassembled parts and helps reassembly.

Terralus Viroclean is a non-toxic, water-based, biodegradable cleaner. The concentrate is mildly alkaline to aid dirt removal but contains no petroleum or chlorinated solvents.
Terralus Viroclean has numerous degreasing and cleaning applications.
Sempre is a specially formulated screen wash concentrate that is made for adding to water in vehicle washer bottles.
It cuts through dirt and grime from roads and traffic leaving a clean and sparkling smear free windscreen.
The special formulation helps wiper blades glide smoothly over the screen and eliminates annoying judder.
When used as recommended, Sempre is suitable for all year round use and will prevent the washer bottles, pipes, and pumps from freezing at temperatures down to –18°C, and will also help prevent the icing of nozzles that are exposed to the icy blast of the slipstream.
Anti-Seize is a lead free and CFC free compound , made from solvent refined oil, Bentonite thickener and fine copper powder.
Highly recommended as a thread lubricant on the external parts of all racing motorcycles, where rapid and trouble free disassembly by pit crews is a competitive essential.
The special anti-seize properties enable this grease to work even if the joints become so compressed that most of the compound is squeezed out, or searing exhaust temperatures flash off the oily part of the compound.
A fine film of copper particles always remain in joints or threads to prevent seizure.
In the case of threaded joints where the compound has been applied before mating, these can easily be broken again even after long periods of use.
PRISE will also prevent seizures of pins or shackles exposed to harsh conditions, where limited movement and long idle periods are a problem for ordinary lubrication.
It is highly resistant to water washing and protects against rust and corrosion
PRISE can be used with confidence on the stud threads of manifolds and pipes that carry very hot and corrosive exhaust gases, where it assists sealing and allows trouble free disassembly in the future.

This product is ethanol based, which is considered to be an effective substance against a large spectrum of microorganisms that can linger on the skin. The ethanol can destroy disease causing agents or pathogens by breaking apart proteins,splitting cells into pieces or disrupting their metabolism.
This product has an alcohol content of 75%, making it even more effective at killing germs than the required standard on a 60% alcohol content. Morris Workshop Pro Hand Sanitiser also contains glycerin. This slows the evaporation process that happens with alcohol, meaning that it remains on your hands for longer and increase its effectiveness. This also prevents your hands from drying out and the associated irritation to the skin.
Workshop PRO Semi Synthetic Chain Lubricant is a specially formulated aerosol designed for the protection of chains used in a variety of applications.
This product is initially a thin flowing lubricant which when sprayed, searches and penetrates into the chain links and rollers.
Within a few minutes the solvent carrier ‘flashes off ‘ and the product thickens and provides a strong, cushioning and lubricating, grease like coating on all parts.
This coating has powerful anti-fling properties and is not displaced by the fast movement of the chain. Chain and sprocket wear is reduced to a minimum by the lubricant coating.
Workshop Chainlube is recommended for use on motorcycle chains, lift and drive chains, leaf and roller chains, conveyor system chains, etc.

After degreasing, the solvent evaporates rapidly leaving components chemically clean and free from oily and corrosive residues.
The low temperature resulting from rapid evaporation may, in some instances, be used for shrink fitting of small mechanical parts.
Note: Solvent Cleaner is highly flammable. Please refer to the relevant material Safety Data Sheets before use! Particularly designed to remove all dirt and deposits from brake shoes and to evaporate leaving behind no residues.
Also recommended for general degreasing applications in a workshop environment.
Due to the flammability of the product Solvent Cleaner is not recommended for use on electrical equipment, particularly where “sparking” may occur.

It is also effective as a mess free lubricant for door catches, locks and hinges and is far cleaner and more pleasant than oil for this purpose.
When sprayed onto wet parts the chemistry of Prima Silicone Spray has a powerful attraction to the underlying surfaces and this completely displaces all traces of water.
Originally developed in Scandinavia this unique combination of surface active agents, sequestrants and alkaline builders was designed to chemically remove road film from vehicles.
This reduces the need for mechanical agitation and rapidly lifts dirt, grime and oil from painted surfaces.
Workshop Pro White Grease with PTFE is a scientifically prepared combination calcium / zinc based grease in an aerosol offering good resistance to water and heat and also long lasting protection against corrosion. Workshop Pro White Grease with PTFE can be used on hinges, gears, bearings, springs, O rings, sliding shackles and striker plates. Industrial use only, not for use in contact with food. Shake can well before use. Spray from 20-25 centimetres onto area to be lubricated.
XEP 80W-90 is a mineral oil based gear oil, that has been formulated with a high level of extreme pressure (EP) additives and friction modifiers to protect the critical mechanisms of limited slip differentials.
In addition to high load carrying capability, XEP 80W-90 will protect against rust and corrosion and has a low foaming tendency.
Shock loading occurs when one of the driven wheels looses traction and the differential locks redistributing the drive equally.
Standard API GL5 gear oils are unable to cope with this extreme condition and therefore it is necessary to use the correct limited slip differential oil to promote long component life.
XEP 80W-90 has been specifically designed for use in limited slip differentials requiring the following viscosity grades 80W-90, 85W-90 or 90 grade lubricants.
This includes automotive, agricultural and heavy duty plant designs.
XEP may also be used in standard differentials, axles, reduction hubs, slewing gears, transfer boxes, etc., where an API GL5 80W-90 gear oil is required.
